my philosophy,
besides making sure you’re always having a freakin’ blast, is to make sure you remember how much of a blast it was. When the bubbles have been popped, and the shoes have been kicked off, memories are all ya got left.
So I make sure I capture it all. The hugs, the tears, the outtakes, the dancing in the streets, the moments that were planned and the moments that weren’t, and about 80 million things you will never see with your own eyes….until you flip through that photo album and relive every moment as many times as you want.
I can honestly say I do have a way with making people comfortable very quickly though, I learned it at a very young age when I moved around a lot and subsequently started a new school every year up until the age of 10. It was imperative that I befriended at least one person by lunchtime on the first day of school. So I’ve had a few years of practice with making friends fast.
Being comfortable with your photographer is the difference between looking like the real you and looking like the cardboard cutout version of you.
And I cannot have you walking around here looking like cardboard. Stiff, unwelcoming, cold photos are just not my thing. Neither are stiff, unwelcoming, cold people to be honest. But if you’re here, I’m sure that’s not you, you wouldn’t have made it this far. I’m all about fun, chill energy and good vibes, hence the tag line up under my logo. I’m not saying it just to say it.
Connection. It’s important on your elopement day. When you hire me, you’re hiring a 3rd wheel. I’m there when you’re standing in your underwear trying to get your dress on and simultaneously helping you fight off a silent anxiety attack because it’s almost TIME, and I’m so sorry I’m probably adding to your anxiety right now, ah!
I’m the person you trust-walk it with to see your hunny for your first look, making sure you don’t trip on anything along the way. It’s me + you two all day. So connection is important. As you’re planning your elopement. it may seem like you’re just hiring a whole bunch of ‘vendors’, but I’m not just a ‘vendor’. I cant be. Not if I want you to have the best day ever. I have to be more than a vendor, it’s only fair.
I’m a lifestyle photographer, yes, but I’m a natural observer first.
And I’m always looking for the shot, even when you aren’t.
I shoot with intention. i capture emotion. I frame images so you’ll remember.

The Process
Confirm Your Date + Location
After your consultation, you’ll have a chance to review and sign your contract + pay your your deposit to officially take your elopement or photo session date off the market.
Prep Like a Boss
Once booked, you will receive an Elopement or Session Prep Guide that will help you visualize and plan out everything you can to make your time with me THE best.
Finalize the Details
A few days before your photo session, we will confirm you location(s), outfits, props, and mood board (if appl).
A few weeks before your elopement, I will send over a Pre-Wedding Day Questionnaire where you will give me all the final details, and a rough draft of the final schedule.
Have the Best. Day. Ever.
When you arrive to your session, we will jump right into the fun. And don’t worry about practicing in the mirror first, as a 6-year lifestyle photographer, I know exactly how to create the images you covet.
Once your wedding day has arrived, don’t worry about the timeline, your only job is to keep the champagne flowing. You can count on me to keep you (and your wedding party if applicable) on schedule until it’s time to say ‘I do”. Coordinators love working with me because I make their jobs a little bit easier.
Then Re-live it Forever.
A few weeks after your elopement or photo session, your images will be delivered in an easily sharable online gallery! Once you’ve swooned long enough over the digital files, don’t forget to print some out for your living room wall and make room on your coffee table for your beautifully curated photo album.
